Hello, I am Cindy Manzanares, I’m a Technical Artist 2 with professional experience creating high-fidelity assets and environments for real-time stimulation training. I’m passionate about building visually accurate, optimized 3D content that supports immersive learning and operational readiness.
My background includes the full 3D asset pipeline, such as modeling, UV mapping, lightmapping, texturing, and preparing assets for integration into real-time engines. I have experience working with complex, real-world data and translating it into production-ready digital assets while maintaining performance, accuracy, and visual clarity.
I currently work in a simulation-focused role where I contribute to the development of virtual environments and digital twins used for training purposes. My responsibilities include converting CAD and reference data into optimized 3D assets, assembling modular components in engine, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure assets meet technical and visual standards.
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Emerging Media (Experimental Animation) from the University of Central Florida, where I led group projects and developed a strong foundation in collaborative production workflows. Earlier in my career, I gained experience in video editing and motion graphics, which continues to inform my approach to composition, lighting, and presentation in 3D environments.
I’m driven by a strong interest in interactive media, simulation technology, and environmental storytelling. I enjoy working in team-based settings and am always looking to refine my craft while contributing meaningful work to training and simulation efforts.
My technical knowledge would include:
-Environment/ Prop Modeling
-Real-Time Asset Creation and Optimization
-Unreal Engine and Unity
-Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Modo
-ZBrush, Substance Painter
-Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
